Welcome to Copy Co ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging our printing, mailing, or related services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Use

Copy Co provides printing, copying, design, mailing, and promotional services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Quotes and Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders must be approved by the customer before production begins.
• Once approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible without additional charges.
• Copy Co reserves the right to decline any order that violates our content or legal policies.

3. Proofs and Approvals

• We provide digital or printed proofs for most projects.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing all text, graphics, layout, and color accuracy before final approval.
• Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to proceed with production as shown.
• Copy Co is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, punctuation, or layout that were approved by the customer.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

• Turnaround times begin after proof approval and receipt of payment or deposit.
• While we make every effort to meet quoted deadlines, production times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Delays due to equipment failure, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

5. Mailing Services

If Copy Co performs mailing services on your behalf:

• You are responsible for ensuring mailing lists are accurate, current, and compliant with USPS regulations.
• Copy Co is not liable for returned, delayed, or undelivered mail caused by incorrect addresses or postal issues.
• All postage must be paid prior to mailing.
• We may use third-party software or vendors to process, presort, or deliver mailings in compliance with USPS standards.

6. Payment Terms

• Orders require full payment or an approved deposit before production begins, unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, business checks, or invoiced billing (for approved accounts).
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternate terms are established in writing.
• A 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) may apply to past due balances.

7. Refunds and Reprints

Because all orders are custom, sales are final once production begins.

Copy Co may, at its discretion, reprint or credit an order if a verified production error occurs on our part.

To qualify, you must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving your order and provide documentation or samples.

8. Customer Files and Data

• All digital files, mailing lists, and artwork provided remain the property of the customer.
• Copy Co retains no ownership of your materials but may store copies temporarily for reorders or reference.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.
• Copy Co is not responsible for lost or corrupted data transmitted to us electronically.

9. Copyright and Content Responsibility

By submitting artwork, text, or data to Copy Co, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to use all content and images.
• Your materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• You assume full legal responsibility for all materials submitted for production.

Copy Co reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is obscene, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Color Matching and Print Variation

• We strive to reproduce colors accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches between screen, proof, and final output due to differences in equipment and materials.
• Minor variations in color, cutting, folding, or trimming are considered acceptable within industry standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

Copy Co's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We maintain strict security practices for all client data, mailing lists, and payment information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Saline County, Kansas.

14. Changes to These Terms

Copy Co may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
